Add 1 - 2 teaspoons of our Imitation Black Walnut Extract to your favorite yellow cake mix with a half cup of chopped walnuts. Blend the ingredients and bake per the cake's directions to make a great tasting walnut cake. This extract can also be used for ice cream and in a wide range of sauces for meat and poultry. It contains propylene glycol, water and natural and artificial flavor. Like most of our extarcts and flavors, this product is gluten-free.
